All Unit 4 Schools have been working with an organization called Focus Schools for the past school year to collaboratively come up with learning focus statements for every school. Learning focus statements highlight the school's targeted learning focus that the school community will incorporate to the fullest extent possible throughout the school year. Below are the two learning focus statements (a teacher statement and a student statement) that Franklin is proud to have developed and begun to implement this school year.

Teacher Focus Statement:

FSA students are confident learners who strategize to build diverse vocabulary and comprehend texts across all content areas and settings.

Student Learning Focus Statement:

“Our Legacy Begins with Literacy”
